<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain structure of a roof panel with excellent draining property of a wind lip. <P>SOLUTION: This roof panel 1 is mounted to a roof of a vehicle in a way to tilt up, and a wind lip 4 projecting toward inside of a vehicle is provided at a bottom peripheral edge. A draining slit 5 along an upward and downward direction is formed on an outer face 4a of the wind lip 4.
