<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a whip state detecting method that continuously digitizes the whip state by a simple method, allows any one to obtain a whip state suitable for application, is accurate, has high reproducibility, and can be incorporated into an automatic control system, and to provide a method for obtaining the whip food in the set whip state. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention provides a method of detecting the whip state based on power consumption determined from the power factor increasing with the progression of the whip stage or a power-factor meter, in manufacturing the whip food obtained by mixing liquid and/or fluid raw material and gaseous phase. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
