PURPOSE:To make a machine compact by reducing the dead space, and reduce the power loss and simplify the adjustment work by reducing the number of bend mirror. CONSTITUTION:The first bend mirror 37 to receive laser LB emitted from a laser oscillator 31 is housed in a sealed box 33, and the second laser waveguide 39 to introduce the laser LB bent with the first bend mirror 37 is inserted in a hole 41 at the axial center of a turret support box 17 to support an upper turret 19. The third laser waveguide 45 horizontally extended from the second bend mirror 43 at the lower end of the second laser waveguide 39 is supported on top of the upper turret 19. The third bend mirror 47 is fitted to the end of the third laser waveguide 45, and a section from the third bend mirror 47 to the fourth laser waveguide 51 having a condenser lens 49 is mounted in the insertion hole 53 of the upper turret 19. |
