PURPOSE:To provide the subject product having pharmacological activities such as antibacterial, diuretic and cardiotonic activities by immersing soybeans, carrots, burdocks, carrot leaves, radish leaves, etc., in the solution of Houttuyniae herba, thermally drying the materials at a low temperature, and subsequently compounding the materials in a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:The objective product comprises 48-60wt.% of soybeans, 10-12wt.% of carrots, 6-8wt.% of burdocks, 6-8wt.% of carrot leaves, 6-8wt.% of radish leaves, 6-8wt.% of cabbages and 6-8wt.% of spinaches, the materials being immersed in a 0.5-9wt.% solution of Houttuyniae herba and thermally dried at a low temperature. The soybeans are washed with water, immersed in water for 2-4hrs, drained, immersed in the solution of Houttuyniae herba at 10-20 deg.C for 3-4hrs, drained, and subsequently thermally dried at 120-150 deg.C for 10-15min. The carrots are finely cut into 3-4cm pieces, dipped in 95-100 deg.C hot water for 30-55 sec, rapidly cooled to 5-10 deg.C, drained, immersed in the 10-20 deg.C solution of the Houttuyniae herba for 3-4hrs, drained and subsequently thermally dried at 65-80 deg.C for 5-10min. |
