PURPOSE: To remove β-cyclodextrin from a yolk or yolk plasma. CONSTITUTION: When β-cyclodextrin is removed from a yolk or yolk plasma, α-amylase formed or derived by microorganisms belonging to Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus oryzae, Bacillus polymyxa, Bacillus coagulanns or Flavobacterium or α-amylase extracted from pig' s pancreas amylase is added to the material to be treated and cultivation is carried out under warming. |
