PURPOSE:To provide the compact and general beam optical axis with stable exposure. CONSTITUTION:On the optical path where the light emitted from a laser light source is heading toward an optical master disk, a laser optical axis angle deviation detection control means 3 and a laser optical axis deviation detection control means 4 are respectively provided. On the optical path between these laser optical axis angle deviation detection control means 3 and the laser optical axis deviation detection control means 4, a laser optical axis adjustment 2 equipped with a corner cube 7 is disposed. In this laser optical axis adjustment 2, a laser optical axis angle deviation adjustment mechanism 5 which adjusts the angle deviation of the optical axis by the laser optical axis angle deviation detection control means 3 and a laser optical axis deviation adjustment mechanism 6 which adjusts the deviation of the optical axis by the laser optical axis deviation detection control means 4 are provided. |
