PURPOSE:To obtain a high wavelength-conversion efficiency in a laser diode pumping solid-state laser which pumps, by using a semiconductor laser, a solid- state laser medium which is provided with a light wavelength-conversion function. CONSTITUTION:A solid-state laser beam 11 and its second harmonic 12 are resonated by edges 10a, 10b of an NYBA crystal 10 as a solid-state laser medium which is provided with a light wavelength-conversion function; a semiconductor laser beam 13 as pumping light is resonated by resonator mirrors 36, 37, 38; they are made to incident on the NYBA crystal. |
