<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a terminal equipment provided with a small-sized and space- saving input part without changing the size of keys themselves. CONSTITUTION:The terminal equipment is provided with a key input part 1, an information processing part 2 processing the input of the key input part 1 and a display part 3, a character input function key 4 provided on the key input part 1, a hand writing input area 5 converting the keys in a preliminarily set range within the key input part 1 for character input by means of the character input function key 4, and a recognition and processing part 6 recognizing the characters based on the input information inputted from the hand writing input area 5.</p> |
