RADIO COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND TERMINAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a terminal controls power to deteriorate an interference state by determining increase/decrease of power in consideration of influence on OSI (Other Sector Interference) and interference of all neighboring sectors without neglecting requests from the sectors.

SOLUTION: A base station has a means to notify an intensity of received interference power to the terminals, the terminals have a means to control transmitting power in order to transmit data to the base station to receive data out of base stations referring an intensity of interference power (OSI) notified from a base stations not to receive data out of base stations. The means controlling the transmitting power calculates a determined value of increase/decrease of transmitting power which is variable according to the current transmitting value of the terminal and transmission attenuation between the terminal and the base station not to receive the data, and controls an increase/decrease amount of the transmission power according to the determined value of increase/decrease of the transmission power.
