PURPOSE:To effectively use an output screen without the range designating work of an operator and to perform the graph displaying with easy recognition by deciding the graph displaying object range in accordance with the quantity of data. CONSTITUTION:A graph displaying processing part 200 makes a graph of matrix data inputted from an input means 100 and outputs them to an output means 300. A data existence range investigating part 210 is constituted of a data existence row investigating part 211 and a data existence column investigating part 212 and investigates the size of the matrix. That is, the data existence row investigating part 211 investigates a maximum row (G row) where the data exist and the data existence column investigating part 212 investigates a maximum column (L column) where the data exist in the same way. A display position deciding part 220 decides at which position the graph of respective data are displayed on the screen in accordance with the size (G row L column) of the matrix.
