PURPOSE:To obtain false twisted doubled yarns capable of giving knitted and woven fabrics having good twisting stability and improved appearance and feeling, by feeding another yarn to a yarn running in an untwisting zone just after a false twisting apparatus, and winding the yarn around the running yarn. CONSTITUTION:A yarn 1 is delivered at a constant speed by delivery rollers 5, fed to a false twisting spindle 6, passed through guides 7 and 8 and wound around a bobbin 9. The yarn 1 is twisted by the false twisting spindle 6 and the delivery rollers 5 and then untwisted by the rollers 5 and the guide 8. Another yarn 3 is delivered by rollers 10 at a constant speed, passed through an aspirator 11 and fed to an untwisting zone of the yarn 1 at the guide 7 just after a spinner 2. The yarn 3 is wound around the yarn 1 by the untwisting torque of the yarn 1, twisted and doubled. The yarns 1 and 3 are preferably yarns just after the delivery from front rollers of a fine spinning frame and before the twisting. |
