PURPOSE:To variously control the moving speed of a fluid layer by one of the control for the fitting position of a vibrator, the control for the tilt angle of a vibrating fluid surface, or the control for the quantity of raw material put in a preliminary drying room or by combination of more than two controls. CONSTITUTION:A raw material put in a preliminary drying room 3 from a hopper 1 is transported on a punching plate 5 in a drying room 10 to drop with vibration of a vibrator 6, and the thus dried raw material is discharged from an outlet 8. The moving speed of a fluid layer on the punching plate 5 is controlled by moving the fitting position of the vibrator 6 in the arrow directions indicated by a dotted line, controlling the tilt angle of the punching plate 5 within 5 deg. through a control device 7, or controlling the height of raw material put in the preliminary drying room 3, or by combination of more than two control operations. |
