PURPOSE:To execute action of a reducing valve exactly, by providing a reducing valve with a piston for playing a role of a diaphragm furnished with a packing on the outer circumference, and locating the lower side of the packing a little above the lower face of the piston. CONSTITUTION:A gas cylinder 7 having high gas pressure is fixed with a reducing valve 3 by engaging the threaded part of the cylinder 7 with the fixing member 19 of the valve 3, and a sealing plate 11 is broken. A gaseous carbonic acid is passed through the through holes 16 of a sealing plate opening needle 15 and impurities are removed with a filter 14. The gas introduced through the gap between the upper sholder 25-1 of the valve 25 adjusted with a piston 22 into a diaphragm chamber 21 is reduced in pressure, and flows through a joint 28 and a fixed throttle valve. The outer circumference of the piston 22 is fitted with a U-sectioned packing 23, and its lower face is located a little above the lower face of the piston 22 to give an interval alpha. Accordingly, the packing 23 is not directly pressed, and pressure reduction is certainly adjusted with the reducing valve 3. |
