PURPOSE:To prevent a failure due to cassette loading and unloading, by providing a motor as a drive source of a back guide and providing a switching mechanism to reverse the direction of rotation of the motor between the motor and a slide plate shifting the back guide. CONSTITUTION:The slide plate 5 shifted from the this side of the tape player to the rear side is provided, and the slide plate 5 is provided with the back guide 1 of a cassette C inserted to the player. The drive mechanism comprising gears 15-18 is provided between the motor driving the plate 5 and the plate 5 itself, and it is provided with the switching mechanism reversing the direction of rotation of the motor giving a torque to the plate 5. A transmission gear 20 is fitted freely turnably on a base 19 of the switching mechanism and a switching plate 21 is pivotally mounted on the support shaft of the gear 20. A reversing plate 25 is connected to the end of base of the switching plate 21 via a reversing spring 24. The switching plate 21 is pressed to both loading and unloading sides in this way, and a failure is prevented through the simplicity of the mechanism. Further, the device is miniaturized. |
