PURPOSE:To enable printing with high accuracy and multiple printing from the same plate, by using a metallic film as a deposition film provided on a screen. CONSTITUTION:A screen 2 is extended to a frame 1, and a deposition film 3 is provided. Electroplating is performed after electroless plating to increase the thickness of the film 3. A photosensitive film is spread on the film 3 and after exposure, the film is etched to form a pattern 4. Stainless steel, Al, wood, etc. are preferable as the material of the frame 1. ''Tetoron'', nylon, stainless steel, etc. are used for the material of the screen 2, and further copper, Ni, etc. are used for the film 3. Since the film 3 is the metallic film as mentioned above, tensile force acts on the screen 2 when ink or the like is spread with a squeegee or the like, but the screen 2 does not deform; therefore, the shape of the pattern 4 remains without distortion, whereby the exact printing with high accuracy is accomplished. |
