PURPOSE:To attain efficient data processing, by the constitution that an address of an ID section is applied in order and the ID section is detected when the ID section before and after a specific ID section is recognized even if the specific ID section is not recognized. CONSTITUTION:If it is assumed that a data to be read out is located at the ID(M), when the ID(M) is recognized at a buffer of the ID(M) in a buffer circuit 15 via a signal 102 of a readout controlling circuit 12, a command is given such that the data positioned at the ID(M) recognized via a signal 101 from a control circuit 14 to the readout controlling circuit 12 is transmitted to a host device 16. If the ID(M) is not recognized, when the ID(M-1) and the ID(M+1) before and after the ID(M) are recognized at the buffer 15, it is recognized that the objective ID(M) exists between them, and the data is transmitted to the host device 16. The writing operation is done similarly. Thus, the data processing is attained efficiently. |
