<p>PURPOSE:To keep off any seizure or binding due to co-chafing of two blade by having a moving blade and stationary blade both made of an aluminum alloy, and making one side blade with a power metal forging aluminum alloy and the other side with a melting cast aluminum alloy with a specific mean thermal expansion coefficient and a Young's modulus, respectively. CONSTITUTION:In a device which is made up of housing a rockingly rotating moving blade 2 formed into an involute curve and a static side stationary blade 3 in a compressor casing 1, one side blade is made of a powder metal forging aluminum alloy of more than HRB95 in hardness and the other side made of a melting casting Al-Si alloy of more than HRB70 in hardness and more than 16-20m10<-6>/ deg.C in a mean thermal expansion coefficient up to 150 deg.C from a conservatory and 8000kg/mm<2> in a Young modulus. In this connection, the powder metal forging aluminum alloy consists of Fe, Ni, Fe+Ni:Zr+Ti+Mo+V, Cu, Mg. Mn and Si. The melting casting aluminum-Si alloy consists of Si, Cu, Mg and Mn.</p> |
