PURPOSE:To prevent the unevenness of lighting due to a stopped-down aperture by forming plural images of a light source through a lens assembly arranged in parallel which have plural element lenses in a plane perpendicular to an optical axis, and using them as a secondary light source. CONSTITUTION:Plural element lenses are arranged in a matrix on the plane perpendicular to the optical axis to form the lens assembly 10 such as a compound eye lens. This assembly 10 is arranged between a lens 2 and a field stop 9 and a lens 11 is arranged between the assembly 10 and field stop 9. Consequently, light from the light source 1 (P0) form the light source image 4' consisting of plural light source images P1', P2'..., which are used as the secondary light source. Then, light from the light source image 4' form the light source image 4'' consisting of plural light source images P1'', P2''... on the aperture stop 5 through lenses 11 and 13; even when the aperture stop 5 is stopped down, a sufficient number of filament images are present in the aperture stop 5, so that the unevenness of lighting due to stopping-down operation. |
