PURPOSE:To indicate an abnormal state to an operator correctly with a construction of less circuit elements by making use of selected position indicating lamps of a damping force setting changeover switch for indicating an abnormality when the abnormality occurs in a control system. CONSTITUTION:A trouble detection circuit 30 monitors output signal levels of a selection reference signal generating circuit 2 and each signal comparison circuit by time control, and outputs an abnormality detection signal when an abnormality occurs. An abnormality indication control circuit 32 is given an abnormality detection signal from the trouble detection circuit 30, and thereby driven to switch on and off damping force indication lamps 1H, and 1N, 1S. On the other hand, among indication lamps 1H, 1N, and 1S, those selected by a damping force setting changeover switch 1 are continuously lit, and consequently, remained indication lamps are switched on and off by the abnormality indication control circuit 32. This construction permits to indicate the selected position of the present changeover switch 1 and the occurrence of an abnormality at the same time. |
