PURPOSE:To remove the scrap sandwiched between cutters, by making full use of motion in time of the descent of a device bearing the above caption after strip shearing, and forcibly driving a rotary cutter into rotation. CONSTITUTION:With motion in time of the descent of a shear frame 13, rubber rollers 17 and 17' come into contact with each of contactors 19 and 19' for rotation. With this rotation, a lower cutter 12 is forcibly driven into rotation in an arrow direction (a) whereby a scrap S being nipped by the lower cutter 12 is separated from a shear device. Therefore, a power mechanism that has so far removed the scrap in a way of rotating a lower rotary cutter after shearing is well simplified and the device cen be miniaturized. |
