摘要	PURPOSE:To improve the workability under the coil inserting condition and to improve the quality of a motor by manufacturing a slot in a closed state, and then machining the opening by a laser, thereby preventing a stator core from causing burrings. CONSTITUTION:A stator core 6, to which a coil 5 of a stator 1 is inserted, is used as a wound-core, a slot 7 is temporarily punched in a closed state in the core 6 as a wound-core, and an opening is formed by laser machining at the end face. In this manner, the workability under the coil inserting condition can be improved, and the occurrence of the burr of the end face of the core is prevented, thereby improving the quality.
