PURPOSE:To eliminate incomplete burning or extinction of an inner flame by eliminating generation of a variation on a contracted flow part and misfitting at the time of reuse after removal of a burner, by a method wherein a projected part is provided on a burner in a protruded state out of an external circumferential wall of the burner unitarily and the contracted flow part is provided by the projected part and a catch plate. CONSTITUTION:A projected part 21 protruded in a secondary air duct 9 is provided on a bottom wall of an external circumferential wall of a burner 1 between a secondary air supply hole 16 and the secondary air duct 9, and a contracted flow part 18 is formed in the secondary air duct 9. Resistance of the secondary air duct 9 is increased as the contracted flow part 18 is constituted with the projected part 21, and major part of secondary air supplied from the secondary air supply hole 16 is supplied to a secondary air hole 4 by preventing the secondary air from flowing to the secondary duct 9. As the projected part 21 is molded with the burner 1 unitarily, the size of the contracted flow part 18 controlling the above effect is held identical always even if the burner 1 is removed and remounted at the time of cleaning. |
