PURPOSE:To manufacture a magnetic recording medium excellent in magnetic characteristic and mechanical strength and with high performance by transferring a magnetic thin film formed on a base body onto a board for magnetic recording medium. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic base material 6 is molten and evaporated in a vacuum vessel 1 at first and vapor-deposited on a base 2 so as to form a magnetic thin film 3. Then, a plastic board 8 for recording medium coated with an adhesives 7 on one side is overlapped so that the magnetic thin film 3 of the board 2 and a face of the adhesives 7 are contacted. Further, the adhesives 7 is heated and cured. Moreover after the adhesives 7 is cured, the magnetic thin film 3 is exfoliated from the board 2 together with the plastic board 8. Since the magnetic thin film 3 is bonded strongly to the plastic board 3 by the adhesives 7 in this case, the magnetic thin film 3 is exfoliated naturally by pulling upward the plastic board 8. |
