PURPOSE:To enable to turn ON and OFF of a DC/DC converter circuit even by a push-type key or the output of a microcomputer by controlling the ON and OFF of the converter by a flip-flop. CONSTITUTION:When the output of a set-reset flip-flop 8 is low, an oscillation control transistor 41 is cut off. Accordingly, the base current of a power supply transistor 3 does not flow, and no ringing oscillation occurs. When a pulse is then inputted to the ON input terminal 8 of a set-reset flip-flop 8 and the output becomes High, a base current flowed through a resistor 63 to an oscillation control transistor 41, and the transistor 41 becomes ON state. Since the base current of the transistor 3 flows, the ringing oscillation is started, and electric power is supplied to a load 7.
