PURPOSE:To save the trouble to shovel away the snow of the housetop and enable to use as a solar heat water heating device by a method wherein hollow double layer polycarbonate panel, which is provided with bearing walls at equal intervals and in the hollow parts of which solar heat collecting rubber tubes consisting in mixing ethylene-propylene rubber with carbon black are arranged, is installed onto the top surface of a roof. CONSTITUTION:A heat collector 1 consists in arranging solar heat collecting rubber tubes 3, which are made of ethylene-propylene rubber mixed with carbon balck, at proper intervals in the hollow parts formed by bearing walls 2a and 2a of hollow double layer polycarbonate panel 2 equipped with the bering walls 2a (not shown in fig.) at equal intervals. the hot water heated at a boiler 7 is sent by means of a pump 11 through a pipe 15 and then respectivey through pipes 12 and 13 so as to pass through the solar heat collecting tubes 3 of the solar heat collector 1 in order to melt the snow B piled up onto the roof by the heat carried by the hot water. After that, the hot water past through the solar heat collecting tubes 3 flows through pipes 10 and 11 back to the boiler 7 in order to be heated again and circulated. |
