Inside the flexible material part the stick can be folded during normal travelling. The lower part is more rigid than the inflatable part. This lower part is not so rigid that it cannot be folded, and in fact this occurs near the snow surface when abnormal travelling conditions prevail, e.g. if the user falls against the stick. |
