PURPOSE:To improve positioning accuracy by setting two solenoid valves on a pipe between the 1st and the 2nd hydraulic cylinder, also setting a position detector on every cylinders, and controlling timing and a period of time of opening and closing of the two solenoid valves. CONSTITUTION:A tuning cylinder 1 is connected with an oil room on a side of a feed cylinder 2 through a pipe 8 and an oil room on the opposite side is pressed toward the tuning cylinder 1 by a pressure set by a relief valve 7. Solenoid valves 3a and 3b are connected with the pipe 8 and a position detector 4 is set on the cylinders 1 and 2. The feed cylinder 2 is subjected to statically hydraulic driving in accordance with the action of the cylinder 1. In that operation, if the cylinder 2 stops out of the stop accuracy range for the cylinder 2, the solenoid valves 3a and 3b open and close at the required timing and for the required period of time to control the cylinder 2. In this method, the positioning accuracy is improved because dislocations in the operating range due to oil leakage are corrected. |
