PURPOSE:To prevent the effect of engine pulsation on a generator, to maintain the generator under the state of high revolution at all times and to enable generation having excellent efficiency by installing one-way clutch transmitting revolution only from one direction between an engine and the generator. CONSTITUTION:When a pulley 24 is driven by an engine, a clutch inner 19 for one-way clutch 15 is rotated, a roller 21 is moved in the narrow direction of an air gap section, and held between a clutch outer 17 and the clutch inner 19, and both clutch outer and clutch inner are coupled integrally, thus transmitting the revolution of an engine over a rotor 1. When the speed of revolution of the engine suddenly lowers by quick braking during the drive of the engine and the pulsation, etc. of the engine under an idle state, the rotor 1 and the clutch outer 17 intend to be turned continuously under the state of high speed owing to inertia, the roller 21 is shifted in the wide direction of the air gap section, and the rotor 1 is brought to the state of overrunning to the engine side and revolved.
