PURPOSE:To decrease the number of parts, and to reduce electrical noises by constituting a cover for a motor case of a synthetic resin filled with soft ferrite. CONSTITUTION:A motor shaft 1, a brush device 8 and a motor-case cover 13 fixedly holding a terminal section 9 and made of a synthetic resin are mounted to a cylindrical motor case 3, end surfaces thereof have motor bearing sections 2, 12. The motor-case cover 13 is composed of the synthetic resin filled with soft ferrite for example, a polyamide synthetic resin filled with Mn.Zn group ferrite at a weight ratio of 87% is used.
