CONSTITUTION:Plural input waves are led to a combination cavity 6 via strip lines 1 (1a-1d) formed on a dielectric base 2 (2a-2d) constituting a microwave integrated circuit MIC, coupled magnetically by a coupling loop 4 comprising a strip line and the cavity resonator and extracted as a combined output by an electric field coupling probe provided to the middle of the cavity resonator. The cavity resonator is divided into four from the MIC loading position in parallel with the electric field of the cavity resonator and earth conductors 3 (3a-3d) of the MIC and a cavity outer wall 5 are soldered. In completing the 4-division blocks, the synthesizer is constituted by gathering the blocks and soldering them or tightening the entire blocks from the peripheral direction.
