<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the turbulence of an image during communication and at the time of turning on power and to enable multiple address communication in 1:n. CONSTITUTION:At a transmission side, when an opponent station/line abnormal receiving circuit 201 detecting the abnormality of the opponent station and the line and directing an intra-frame transmission and a transmission path is bideirectional, the encoding within the frame by the amount of several frames is directed when an abnormality is detected by the opponent station/line abnormal receiving circuit 201, and when they are unidirectional, a periodical refreshing control circuit 202 periodically and consecutively encoding partial area within one frame and periodically transmitting a freezing releasling flag is provided. At a receiving side, an output image timing control circuit 203 inhibits the output display of image data for a certain period of time or until the receiving side receives the freezing releasing flag when the power is turned on, when an encoding error occurs and when the line is brought into an abnormal state.</p> |
