PURPOSE:To stabilize printing quality by performing automatic unclogging of ink coagulation if temperatures drop below a certain reference humidity level D1 at fixed time intervals. CONSTITUTION:A recording control 94 supplies signal PS1, PS2, PS3 to a control ler 90 respectively in response to the pressing of a power supply turn ON key, a printing start key and a pressure mode setting key. The controller 90 notifies the recording control 94 on the effect that 'print mode' is set by a signal CS and judges whether humidity is lower than D1 by means of humidity information SSOO. If a humidity lower than D1 is detected, a timer to measure a fixed period of time is started, 'circulation mode' and 'pressure mode' are set, and again 'print mode' is set, when the elapse of a fixed time is detected. |
