PURPOSE:To realize a molding in one body without generating a burr on an outer periphery bringing into contact with a magnetic tape, by pulling out a guide roller from a movable side metallic mold, pressing an intermediate metallic mold on a fixed side metallic mold, after filling a molten resin in the fixed side metallic mold, the movable side metallic mold, and the intermediate metallic mold, and molding in one body. CONSTITUTION:The guide roller is molded in one body by filling the molten resin from an injection hole G provided at a fixed side core F, and after the molten resin is fixed, a contact between a movable side core D, a movable side template C, and an intermediate metallic mold B is released, and an inner wall 7 at the lower side of the cylinder part of the guide roller is pulled out from the movable side core D. Next, the contact between the intermediate metallic mold B, and the fixed side core F, a core pin H, and a fixed side template A, is released, and an inner wall 4, and a bearing hole 5 at the upper side of the cylinder part of the guide roller, are pulled out from the fixed side core F, and the core pin H. Afterwards, the performing a gate cut-off, and moving an extruding pin E to the upper side in figure, the guide roller is pulled out from the intermediate metallic mold B, deforming elastically a lower collar part 3. |
