PURPOSE:To increase the resistance force against a shock by protruding part of the peripheral section of a metal plate laminated with a resin film to the outside from a resin frame and folding this protruded portion to integrally deposit it to the outer periphery of the frame. CONSTITUTION:A tin plate 2 and a thin resin film 3 having a good heat deposition property to the tin plate 2 are laminated in advance by heat deposition. These tin plate 2 and the resin film 3 are shaped and machined into a shape with an L-shaped or U-shaped cross section to envelope a resin frame 1, then they are combined with the frame 1, and all portions brought into contact with the frame 1 are firmly integrated by heat deposition. Accordingly, the resistance force against the external force by the vibration, shock, etc. applied from the outside of a battery can be strengthened. |
