Method of processing the frozen clams comprises (a) making clams vomit sandy materials and washing clean with applying mechanical shocks; (b) packing the washed clams closely into a bag or a sack consisting of heat-contractile synthetic resin materials and sealing; (c) heating the packages for 2 min in the water bath of 70-100 ≦̸C or with the steam of 100-110≦̸C; (d) freezing the heattreated packages in the refrigerator of -25≦̸C and preserving in frozen state for deliveries or sales.
