The device is used for preventing overheating of rotating parts, noise and vibration in of vacuum cleaner. The device comprises rotating bar (21) mounted on suction inlet; gear pulley (24) for rotatin ghte bar (21); bearing housing (25) with inner oilless bearing (26), mounted on supporting shaft (22) for lubricating the bar (21); bearing-housing support section (25') formed with air passage (38) on outer bearing housing (25); wool felt (32) between the housing (25) and gear pulley (24); washer (31) on the shaft (22) between the felt (32) and the pulley (24); guide lib (39) bulged from the inner wall of lower case (10) for supporting the housing (25); elastic means between the lib (39) and section (25') for separating the section (25') from the case (10).
