PURPOSE:To perform a highly accurate working free from melting-down by calculating an angle of change worked by laser beam from a working program command and generating a laser output control pattern optimized by this angle to control the laser output. CONSTITUTION:A folded angle theta of a working path A-C is calculated at a command interpretation part 11 through an NC command given from an input device to an NC device 10 to write the angle into a memory 14 with material and plate thickness designated by the working program. At an output pattern generating part 15, the content of the memory 14 is interpreted, a memory 16 is retrieved, physical property values according to the material from fundamental pattern data and memory 17 in response to the folded angle are read, a laser output control command is generated and added to the laser oscillator 20 to send the laser beam. On one hand, a moving command equivalent to the working path A-C is generated at the command interpretation part 11 and added to a servo amplifier 13 to drive a servomotor 19. The output control command from an interface 18 and the working path are generated synchronously to control the laser output. |
