<p>PURPOSE:To stop a wire quickly when the wire starts to run away by arranging a lock member risably/tiltably between a frame body and a guide member such that the lock member tilts at the correct position of a suspension wheel and rises at the inverted position thereof to restrict a guide member under a condition where the guide member is brought closely to a pulley. CONSTITUTION:Wedge members 6 are provided such that the friction face 6a is in contact with wires W1, W2 laid on a pulley 3 at an inverted position of a suspension wheel 1 on the slide face 5a of a guide member 5 and move in the direction approaching to the pulley 3 through friction against the wires W1, W2 flowing on the pulley 3 thus gripping the wires W1, W2. Lock members 7 are arranged risably/tiltably between a frame body 4 and the guide member 5 such that they tilt at the correct position of the suspension wheel 1 while rise at the inverted position thereof to restrict the guide member 5 under a condition where the guide member 5 is brought closely to the pulley 3. By such arrangement, the wires W1, W2 can be stopped quickly when a support at the end of the suspended wires W1, W2 is removed and the wires W1, W2 start to run away.</p> |
