<p>PURPOSE:To make the title apparatus compact and to prevent the contamination or damage of a close contact surface by constituting the apparatus of a light emitting unit having a solid-state light emitting element and the photosensitive unit formed to the surface having the solid-state light emitting element formed thereto of said light emitting unit. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive unit 10 is constituted of a rear electrode 13, a photosensitive layer 14, surface electrodes 15, floating electrodes 17 and an insulating means 18 and each of the floating electrodes 17 are provided corresponding to one dot of a toner image and the insulating means 18 electrically insulates the photosensitive unit 10 and a light emitting unit 20. The light emitting unit 20 is constituted of a substrate 21 and solid-state light emitting elements 22 while the solid-state light emitting elements 22 are constituted of light emitting members 22a using a semiconductor and a lower electrode 22b and upper electrodes 22c formed so as to hold said light emitting members 22a therebetween. The lower electrode 22b and the upper electrodes 22c cross each other and the light emitting members 22a at the crossing parts emit lights in a predetermined pattern by the electric signal supplied through the lower electrode 22b and the upper electrodes 22c.</p> |
