摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To maintain accurate feeding operation, by providing an auxiliary table parallel to a table, fixing a hose, a cable or the like to the auxiliary table, and reciprocating the auxiliary table in synchronism with the table. CONSTITUTION:NC commands are simultaneously transmitted from a numerical control device 34 to a servo motor 13 and an auxiliary servo motor 23 to rotate both the motors 13 and 23. An encoder 17 detects a position and a speed of a table 12, and feeds back a detection result to the motor 13 to control a rotational speed of the motor 13. An encoder 27 for the auxiliary table 21 also detects a position and a speed of an auxiliary table 21 from a rotational speed of the auxiliary servo motor 23, and controls the rotational speed of the motor 23. Thus, the table 12 and the auxiliary table 21 are so controlled as to be always synchronized. Accordingly, a reaction of a bending force by a hose or cable 32 to be generated in moving the table 12 is not generated in the table 12. As a result, the table 12 is smoothly fed.</p>
