Agent for combatting hair loss (Alopecia), esp. hair loss caused by estrogen deficiency, and shifts in hormone balance, contains Royal Jelly and/or Ginseng as active agent togther with a physiologically harmless carrier, assistant, soln. or solvating agent and opt. additional supplements e.g. vitamins. USE/ADVANTAGE - Ginseng and Royal Jelly contain plant hormones (phytohormones) related to female estrogens, which have a positive effect on hair growth. Topical daily application to the scalp of 10 ml Royl Jelly (a substance secreted by bees) and 3 g Ginseng powder of 1 g Ginseng extract in a suitable carrier or soln. halts the hair loss, stimulates growth of new hair, and improves the quality of the hair.
