CONNECTION FOR ELASTIC PRODUCTION LINES' TECHNOLOGICAL SET'S AUTOMATIC CONTINUOUS CYCLE CONTROL

The existing connections for control of machining lines do not allow the technological set, which is composed of elastic production lines and interstage containers, to be controlled as a single whole but synchronously, and do not allow each line of the set to be able to automatically operate even in the case when whichever line of the set would be put out of operation during the automatic cycle. The connection consists of the control blocks (2) of the line cycles, which connect with the voltage source (1) of the line and appropriate blocks for communication, and of the control blocks (6) of the container cycle, which connect with the voltage source (7) of the container. The connection also comprises the control blocks (3) of disposal with work pieces, blocks (4, 9) for communication lines with the containers on its input and output end and blocks (5, 8) for communication of the container with the lines on the input and output end of the container. According to the invention, the connection allows each line of the set to be controlled by the autonomous control system and own voltage source and each interstage container of work pieces to be also controlled by the autonomous control system and own voltage source, while the voltage sources of each line supply also the respective blocks for communication, which are the components of the control systems of the interstage containers of work pieces on the input as well as on the output end of each line.<IMAGE>
