Pulling head with rotating spreading nozzle for moulding of contractible collagen tube for arterial prosthesis has in its axis a through hole for spreading mandrel, while its guiding tube, passing through the common axis of the pulling head body and of rotating spreading nozzle connected with it, is firmly arranged in the front part of the pulling head body and passes through the centre of the pulling head cover and on the other side it passes through the centre of the rotating spreading nozzle. The rotating spreading nozzle is pivoted in a hub connected to the front part of the pulling head body and to the front of the rotating spreading nozzle a band pulley is mounted. Between the inner space of the pulling head body and the inlet part of the connected rotating spreading nozzle there is a flow divider formed by a section wall equipped with through holes in the direction of rotating spreading nozzle axis.<IMAGE>
