The light-shielding mask film is prepared by coating the mixt., as a light shielding thin layer, of 30-80 wt. pts. of nitrocellulose and 100 wt. pts. of polyvinylchloride having 1000-1300 polymerisation degree onto the transparent plastic substrate. Pref. the solvent for the mixt. is tetrahydrofuran or anone. Pref. the trasparent plastic substrate is polyester resin e.g. polyethylene terephthatal or polybutylene terephthatale, or polycarbonate film. The mask film has a good strippability.
