PURPOSE:To reduce the required capacity of a storage part and to decrease the operation error of an operator by generating an explanation data for raising attention to the operation error of a user, and transmitting the data to a communication terminal before an operation manual is transmitted. CONSTITUTION:At a facsimile mail equipment 1, the input of a user ID or the inquiry of an operation is received from the communication terminal, among a series of operation data received for each user ID, the operation error is stored in an error history storage part 25 as error history information, and the stored error history information of a relevant user is retrieved corresponding to the user ID to be received in the case of the inquiry of the operation. The explanation data for raising attention to the operation error of the user is generated by an error history control part 26 and transmitted to the communication terminal before the operation manual is transmitted, and the operation at a processing step to be executed is prepared as the operation manual and transmitted to the communication terminal by freely combining the explanation data of operation contents for each processing step. |
