CONSTITUTION:A Mail box attribute management record 4 in which information of a possessor, a common use party, and an arrival notice level of a mail box 7 is preset and an arrival notice destination decision section 5 deciding the user for arrival notice based on the arrival notice level of the mail box attribute management record 4, and the arrival notice destination decision section 5 are provided the user for the arrival notice based on the possessor, a common use party, and an arrival notice level of the mail box attribute management record 4 depending on the reception of a mail and the storage of it to a destination mail box 7 is decided and arrival notice to the decided user is made.</p> |
