<p>PURPOSE: To provide a device working with low electric power, generating less heat, and controlling fluid inside a flexible tube. CONSTITUTION: A frame, a tube housing member 38 installed to the frame, a rotary actuator 50 supported by the frame, and a tube closing cam 40 rotationally operated by the rotary actuator and pressing a flexible tube housed inside the tube housing member 38 for closing it are provided. The rotary actuator 50 is provided with a stator 52, an electromagnet, and a permanent magnet rotor 62 for turning a driving shaft 138 and the tube closing cam 40 by the rotation of the permanent magnet rotor 62. Spring pressing devices 90, 92, 94, 96, 101, 102, 104 returning the tube closing cam 40 to the opening position when no power is supplied to the rotary actuator 50 are arranged.</p> |
