发明名称 ELECTRON-BEAM EXCITED LASER DEVICE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron-beam excited laser device which can increase its oscillation efficiency by improving optical reflective layers and by improving its heat radiation. SOLUTION: The electron-beam excited laser device comprises an optical resonator 20, a vacuum vessel 3 having the optical resonator 20 disposed therein, and an electron gun 6 for directing an electron beam 2 onto the optical resonator 20 within the vacuum vessel 3. The optical resonator 20 is made up of an active layer 8 and first and second optical reflective layers 7 and 9 disposed as to sandwich the active layer 8 therebetween and having different transmissivities. The first optical reflective layer 7 is higher in transmissivity than the second optical reflective layer 9. The electron beam 2 is directed from the electron gun 6 onto the first optical reflective layer 7, and a laser beam 1 is issued from the first optical reflective layer 7.
