PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the ingredient from being broken even when a slider is advanced by drawing the ingredient of HARUMAKI (a Japanese food) out of a weighing hole by the movement of a movable spatula plate or the winding of a winding roller. SOLUTION: When a weighing device is operated, a drive shaft 26 drives a rotary body 25 to turn a movable spatula plate 25a, a pressing plate 25b, and a stirring rod 25c. The surface of the ingredient of HARUMAKI (hereinafter, referred to as 'ingredient') is leveled by the stirring rod 25c, the pressing plate 25b presses the ingredient downward by its self weight, and presses into a weighing hole 20a in a slider retracted immediately below a flow inlet 18c through the flow inlet 18. The pressed-in ingredient presses and retracts a sliding piece 20b forward thereof against a spring 20c to advance the slider forward. As a result, the ingredient in the weighing hole 20a is squeezed by a wall of the flow inlet 18c forming a fixed spatula plate 18d to exclude the excessive part. When the slider 20 is brought close to a wall surface of the inlet 18c where a rear end of the hole 20a formed the spatulas plate 18d, a long material 19 is not stored in the hole 20a, but hooked and advanced by the spatula plate 25a and drawn out of the hole 20a. |
