SOLUTION: When omission occurs in the information acquired from the beacon and FM multiplex broadcasting at a VICS(vehicle information communication system) computer 2, a mobile telephone 4 is started and only the omitted information is acquired from an external information presentation center by a telephone computer 3. Pieces of the acquired information from the VICS computer 2 (with the omission) and the omitted information acquired by the telephone computer 3 are supplied to a navigation computer 1. A guiding route, etc., is displayed on a display 5 based on these two pieces of the acquired information by the navigation computer 1.
